[tdwg-tag] TDWG Standards page out of date about Audubon Core

(1.) http://www.tdwg.org/standards/ incorrectly claims that AC is still a
draft standard. How can this be addressed?

(2.) Nowhere (?) on http://www.tdwg.org does tell how to report serious
issues like  (1.) rather than bothering a mailing list.
