[tdwg-tag] Is http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/history/dwctoabcd/ adopted as a standard?

That page is part of the Darwin Core Standard. It is generated from
information in the normative document
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/rdf/dwctermshistory.rdf) plus the descriptive
text. On that page it says that it is "Part of TDWG standard
http://www.tdwg.org/standards/450/" and that it's document status is
"Current standard."
