[tdwg-tag] namespaces

"ONLY a namespace"?!  OMG!  Aren't these things informatically sacred?

and by TDWG you mean BIS, right? ;)

Seeing the standard has a name you could acronymise it in the time
honoured tradition.  'mrm', pronounced 'meerrmm' has a certain acrane
appeal...
