[tdwg-tag] SpeciesIndex written up

Hi All,

People made friendly noises after my talk on SpeciesIndexes at TDWG  
2008 the other day so I thought I would flesh out the ideas on the TAG  
wiki. You can see them here:

If you are looking for displacement activity or a revolution I'd be

pages. Some of this seems a little heretical to me as it is so simple.
