[tdwg-content] A proposal to improve Darwin Core for invasive species data

Hi Tim,
I will have to look at your links in more detail, but I think there is
overlap. One thing I have avoided doing with these proposals is suggesting
terms or vocabularies for whole taxa. So I feel invasiveness and impact are
out of my scope. There are difficulties defining these for several reasons
from the invasive species community, but I also think Darwin Core is not
best suited to describing whole taxa, though there are some grey areas. I
don't know how active Plinian Core is, but that seems to be a good home for
these terms.

I'm glad there is so much interest in this area at the moment as that
increases the likelihood of change.
