[tdwg-content] Floristic regions of the world

Hello,

TDWG lists as one of its prior standard the "Floristic regions of the world”:

Unfortunately we do not give any information about it at all. It seems to me that the work of Takhtajan, A. 1986 is the actual endorsed standard.
Can someone verfiy this?
