Subject: [tdwg-content] feedback for TCS standard

Feedback from using TCS in the Global Compositae Checklist, as I mentioned today in the TNC gourp meeting.
Apparently there was no doc written up, just a couple of issues put on the TNC wiki, here

And these other general issues:
* Literature undefined/unstructured
* the user defined elements (useful but hard to handle)
* active concepts missing (i.e, good to be able to indicate which they are following. could also be provided in user defined elements)
* name element on concepts -> define use (is essential for vernacular names) -> what is it supposed to record the orthography in the concept or is this a separate field?
