That page is part of the Darwin Core Standard. It is generated from information in the normative document (http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/rdf/dwctermshistory.rdf) plus the descriptive text. On that page it says that it is "Part of TDWG standard http://www.tdwg.org/standards/450/" and that it's document status is "Current standard." Which is right? (Surely the dates in the documents lie in favor (a) being more plausible.
