Is http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/history/dwctoabcd/ adopted as a standard?
(a) http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/history/dwctoabcd/ says it is a TDWG standard.
(b) http://www.tdwg.org/standards/ does not list it. (?)
Which is right? (Surely the dates in the documents lie in favor (a) being more plausible.
That page is part of the Darwin Core Standard. It is generated from information in the normative document (http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/rdf/dwctermshistory.rdf) plus the descriptive text. On that page it says that it is "Part of TDWG standard http://www.tdwg.org/standards/450/" and that it's document status is "Current standard."
