http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc seems to be gone. This breaks aggressive application schema validation because(?) tdwg_dw_core.xsd has <xs:include schemaLocation="http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/tdwg_basetypes.xsd%22/%3E
Did I miss an announcement of some change?

You're right; it does seem to be dead. That's bad, and not planned.
Lee should see this when he comes on line today, and may have some recourse. I'll contact a sysadmin at GBIF, directly.

The actual documents are still accessible, as they are hosted at the Google codesite with a re-direct from the GBIF-hosted server. Doesn't help resolution, however.

Sorry for this outage. We were reworking our network and installing a new firewall at GBIF over the Easter weekend, hence the DwC issues.
No further significant outages are planned.
