[tdwg-tag] ontology bug tracking

Is there a bug tracking facility for the ontology? I am trying to get SPM to be OWL DL, which in turn depends on the core being OWL DL, but I run into various lint in the core. For example, Base.rdf is not valid RDF according to the w3 validator, even if the document is pasted into the validator.
