Under eclipse Kepler Java EE edition, I am using JAXB to generate unmarshalling classes from a local copy of the simple dwc schema tdwg_dwc_simple.xsd That schema and various imports seem to assume that their dependencies are on the local file system, and I ended up checking out the entirety of trunk/2011-10-26/xsd/, which was simpler than chasing down the dependencies one at a time, especially since I am not sure what other aspects of dwc I might later need. Should I feel aggrieved that the dwc schemas assume that their dependencies are in local files? Had they not been, would recent versions of JAXB have come to my rescue automagically? Was there something simpler to do? Thanks Bob -- Robert A.
