[tdwg-tapir] How to find list of Tapir providers

Hi

The GBIF network has a UDDI registry you could query with "TModel =  
TAPIR" to retrieve the list of TAPIR providers that are registered in  
the (GBIF) network.

If you are a Java developer I can send a class that will help you do  
this query and get the endpoints.  If not, I can send the UDDI  
credentials, and then you would need to find a UDDI client library for  
whatever you code in...  I am sure there is someone on this list doing  
the same in PHP, Python, .NET also.
