[tdwg-tapir] How to find list of Tapir providers

GBIF indexes all kinds of providers, DiGIR, BioCASE and TAPIR with  
different schemas even.
We have a UDDI registry of services you can search for TAPIT providers:

http://registry.gbif.net/uddi

go to find binding and search for tModels called "TAPIR"
