Hi all,

We had a great discussion today and are close to finishing ALA comments!

Based on a very interesting comment* we might propose an additional term to
allow reporting of general scopes in a more descriptive way*.
See ALA comment and our draft proposal in Scope Type on page 16

Ani will do her magic with the definitions and comments but it would be
great to get your general feeling about this.
