NOTE, the conference will be at the University of Canterbury, some distance
from the Heritage Hotel and downtown.  A bus will leave the Heritage Hotel
for the meeting at 8:15 AM.  If you are not staying at the Heritage, you
might still find it convenient to ride this bus.
