http://rs.tdwg.org/ontology/voc/TaxonOccurrence.rdf whose date there
is 11 June 2007, but whose content specifies that its Modified Data is
5 Jan 2007.

2. Assuming ...voc/TaxonOccurrence.rdf is the correct vocabulary, I
would note that I don't see how this rdf would allow the coding of
non-occurrence, which is a very important point in the Observations
group (and the wider Observations community). If there is a
recommended practice for that with this rdf, perhaps it should go on
the wiki.
