[Tdwg-guid] Request for comments on LSID Roadmap

I've made a few comments on the Wiki.

Regarding priorities, what about rolling out some simple client and  
software tools. Roger's server and my LSID tester could combined into  
a set of PHP classes, for example. The PHP implementations are much  
easier to deploy than the Java (gack) or Perl software.
