Hi, 
no there isnt. Thats what we are hoping to achieve in during the documentation process. I will try to update the latest proposal page a little and pool all existing infos there.

To improve TAPIR we are currently thinking of how to best express "output models" and maybe use ontologies for that. Besides that TAPIR is fixed. Actually the metadata response was supposed to be reviewed for its practical usefullness - especially by GBIF/Donald. Maybe you want to take a look at it, Roger?
