Based on the input to and discussions of the last meeting, a proposal for the needed information elements is here: https://github.com/tdwg/mids/issues/5#issuecomment-848717317. I hope we can agree this. As indicated previously, I think we should separate the decision on the needed information elements from the decision(s) on which vocabularies they use. Once we have the former, the latter becomes a little easier.
