Hi Yani,

Congrats on your new position and also on the World Cup!

I can make it to the meeting. Just to confirm, you meant Wed Jan 11 rather than Jan 10, right? I still have a calendar invitation for that day at the usual time with the same Zoom link.

Steve

Subject: [tdwg-humboldt] Humboldt Task Group Meeting Wed 10 January 2023, 08:00 EST
Hi all!

Hope you had a great start of the year and enjoyed the holidays!

First, I would like to apologize for dropping the ball in our task group. I went to Argentina to visit my family (and win the world cup!) and I started a new and exciting position at IPBES Technical Support Unit for Knowledge and Data in Senckenberg, Germany!

Second, I would love to catch up on our latest discussions and plan our next steps, could we meet at our regular time this week?

I propose the following agenda, but since I missed the last meetings maybe there are new or different topics we should cover as well, so feel free to edit!

  * summarize what we learnt during the testing phase (see these slides<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fpresentation%2Fd%2F18n83tttDvWDLI5UM30LIsfqrbpH5nbyrwIKjuUY_glE%2Fedit%23slide%3Did.p&data=05%7C01%7Csteve.baskauf%40vanderbilt.edu%7C424d97766b1e48861d1208daf25d99be%7Cba5a7f39e3be4ab3b45067fa80faecad%7C0%7C0%7C638088783373011413%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C2000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=VkcIPEDRF8Vfl1uo1cGg6CakZ9qR3Vg3wrCN38i0B2c%3D&reserved=0> for reference).
  * Write definitions and comments for potential new terms:

     * isInventoryComplete (?) (if user reported every species observed)
     * speciesCount (?) (if user wants to report the total species observed)

  * start writing the “implementation experience report”
