[tdwg-humboldt] Changes to HC task Group meeting schedule

Hi all,

Thanks for a nice discussion today!

A couple of changes in our meeting schedule:*Starting next Wednesday Oct 6
we will be meeting every other Wed*. You should have received a cancelation
email followed by a new invitation to these meetings.

Next Wed we will finish discussing Completeness. As usual, revise:

   - definitions and comments on effort/completeness related terms (slide
   34 and 35
