[tdwg-humboldt] HC terms first round review ready

Hi folks,

This is a plea for everyone in the Task Group to help complete the term
review as requested by Paula a month ago. I know that discussions have been
progressing in weekly meetings, and that is great, but what concerns me is
that most of the people participating are still not even watching the HC
Github repository. This means most people are not receiving notifications
of activity in the issues being tracked there, and that includes all of the
issues that really do need group consensus. The repository is important as
an open record of the activities of the Task Group, which forms part of the
record for the justifications for the vocabulary enhancement to a standard
in TDWG. Please consider watching the repository (https://github.com/tdwg/hc
).

Cheers,

John
