I found this:

but have not found the same document at tdwg.org.


It is not in the list of documents on this page:

(Feature request... if possible add some kind of "date" column. to the GUID Documents and Reports table).



I notice that the "GUID" section of the wiki that is linked from the main page does not seem to exist.
