[tdwg-content] Term change: footprintSRS

Hi all,

I'd like to propose a change to the term footprintSRS<http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/#footprintSRS>[1] that would allow it to also be provided using the EPSG code as a controlled vocabulary (e.g. "EPSG:4326"). I welcome your feedback in the following GitHub issue<https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/issues/122>[2] where you can find more information about my proposed change.
