[tdwg-content] Problem when validating Simple Darwin Core Recordset file

Thanks Eamonn, Martin,

I have fixed the xsd in github:
https://github.com/tdwg/dwc/commit/9513b31c371abe93a8f70c1b767de960a68a0330

and merged the change into github pages so its online and the simple xsd validates:
http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/xsd/tdwg_dwcterms.xsd
