[tdwg-content] Occurrences, Organisms, and CollectionObjects: a review

That's what I would call "Occurrence Sensu Lato" (=traditional use of
Occurrence class). What I'm a little fuzzy on is whether we can have
meaningful co-functionality of Occurrence "sensu stricto" (new definition)
and Occurrence "sensu lato" (traditional definition) concurrently without
breaking stuff, violating natural laws of semantic integrity, or enduring
some other manner of unexpected hell.
