[dwc-material-sample] Progress

MaterialSample Task Group,

We had a pretty productive meeting today. Continuing our work, the next
steps are to evaluate preparations
<https://github.com/tdwg/material-sample/issues/7> and associated sequences
<https://github.com/tdwg/material-sample/issues/9> as properties of
MaterialEntity.

Please visit the GitHub issues and discuss them there. A reminder that we
have given ourselves a deadline of May 1 to develop a package to submit for
review <https://github.com/tdwg/material-sample/milestone/1>, this means we
have one more meeting (April 19, 2023) to round this up.

I hope to see many of you next month but I hope to see all of you
participating in the GitHub issues.
