[dwc-material-sample] TDWG Material Sample Task Group Meeting Reminder

Many thanks, Teresa!  I added a few comments to the document.  I’ll try to attend both meetings, but certainly the first one.  I think we still need to pin down the precise definition of MaterialSample (and what distinguishes it from Organism) before we can be sure which additional properties would be necessary.

Also to find some days/times in the new year to allow us some more focused work on these terms.
