[tdwg] any TDWG2016 weather updates

All -

I have heard reports of landslides & washed out roads near Upala ~80km NW of La Fortuna. I also see that there will be rain throughout the upcoming week. Can the TDWG2016 Local Organizing Committee give us an update on local conditions & roads post-Otto?
