Markus, As far as I am aware SP2000 isn't doing anything with LSIDs as yet, seems like a good idea for them to use them with the TDWG vocabs though. The TDWG vocabs seem to do what we need, although we've yet to find a way of doing vernaculars properly. Does anyone know of an easy way to disable the caching in the Firefox LSID browser without modifying the .xpi? It's a real pain having to constantly delete the cache when you are developing against it. Thanks, Peter. I am currently working on the Collection and Institution vocabulary (NCD based). You can find all LSID Voc OWL files here: http://rs.tdwg.org/ontology/voc/ The LSID vocabularies are also the most likely candidate for the EDIT project so far - apart from maybe specimen and reference data. Do you know if Species2000 is considering to make use of it? best wishes -- Markus On 21.03.2007, at 15:36, Donald Hobern wrote:
Dear Peter,
Still under development, I believe, but the working draft can be found from:

Follow the links for TaxonConceptLsidVoc.

Dear All,
Could someone please enlighten me as to where the current TCS-RDF ontology is hosted? I've looked through the TDWG wiki, but only found it referenced from hyam.net, which is offline.
I am looking at using it as a vocab for LSID metadata responses from organismnames.com.
Many thanks, Peter.
