While I agree myself with the idea of limiting the number of mailing lists, it is because I am subscribed to almost all TDWG lists. Do the users of other lists get any say in this? Some users who tune into only one or two lists will suddenly get a larger amount of email from TDWG, more of which is "noise". I wonder what these users would say about the idea?
