Happy New Year Humboldties! As decided last year we will meet today to check the progress of the public review and determine if consensus has been reached. Unfortunately, Ani will not be able to share iDiv's feedback in our meeting but she will share it over email. Hopefully everything goes well and we can ratify soon! Hi all! Thanks for your emails, John and Steve. We met with Rob, Ming and Wesley to catch up and summarize what was done last year. There was no new activity in GitHub so I guess we reached consensus. However, We are still waiting for Ani’s (and iDiv’s) feedback. My proposal is to wait until our meeting this week to make a decision.* It would be crucial for Ani to be in the meeting and share (at least briefly) her impressions from the discussions with her group*. Hi, Decision this week sounds excellent. If formal criteria for ratification are met, then the decision should follow? Hopefully signals from iDiv are supportive. There is some work on the GBIF side, including on the guide, which will start only after ratification by TDWG.
