Peter and I met with Lien Reyserhove <https://pureportal.inbo.be/en/persons/lien-reyserhove> from INBO. She is interested to use Humboldt Extension for the management of invasive alien species (https://doi.org/10.3897/biss.7.112386). Peter walked through with her how Humboldt Extension can be used for her data (I believe this repo is relevant for the data management of her project - https://github.com/riparias/manIAS). She is interested in the use of controlled vocabularies (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ojS1gRk5MJZ5OWYuaXaGt0oFn3J-JPvpHT-0...) for protocolName (if I am not mistaken). Maybe can we keep her posted about what we will do with the vocabs? @Lien, if I missed something, please fill us in. I understood that there will be discussions in Australia on if, how and when these data can be mapped to DwC + Humboldt. I think we will hear about the plans from Peter or his colleagues. I feel there is a great potential to see these data humboldtized after the discussion settle down on the optimal solutions nationally.
