Thank you so much Kate! I responded to your comments in the text, I agree and one of the examples was not entirely correct so I changed it. I also included the bycatch terms and made a few other changes. All changes are tracked so If somebody else revises the doc and agrees please accept them.
On my end, the Implementation report is ready!

I have one outstanding question in 'Properties of Hierarchical Events' in the 'Unresolved Issues/Remaining Challenges Section': Is there a reason for using 3 different terms in the examples? It works, but it's just not as easy to read as using a single term to make the case (e.g., targetTaxonomicScope would work for all 3 points).
