In addition to what Yani said about the QRG not yet being updated (it will after final proofreading is done on the List of Terms), the rs.tdwg.org IRIs are the permanent IRIs for the terms. So for that reason we should keep using them. They don’t yet dereference because they haven’t been ratified, but as soon as they are, dereferencing will be “turned on” and they will redirect to the eco.tdwg.org page.

Hi team,
I've started working on the user guide, but I created a separate document so that I leave the original intact - at least for the time being. I updated the terms listed in Table 1 of the original user guidehttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1rX4m94rtZDR_8iIe3RvRnNYKDJcmSX3ii4S5hCznEA0/edit#heading=h.fed1buscfvxw so that all 55 terms should be present, accounted for, and accurate. From going through this, though, I have a couple of questions - perhaps Steve can answer these best:
* Terms list: I think Steve generated (or will generate) a new terms list. Is this referring to the HE quick reference guidehttps://eco.tdwg.org/terms/? If not, we will need to update the terms to ensure that all new terms are included and other changes to terms (e.g., there is still eventDuration rather than eventDurationValue) are reflected. * HE quick reference guidehttps://eco.tdwg.org/terms/: The identifier links need to be updated such that they reflect the newer 'eco' extension. That is, they all still link to the original 'rs.tdwg.orghttp://tdwg.org/' rather than 'eco.tdwg.orghttp://tdwg.org/' (see image below). Is there an easy way to update these?

I propose we skip our meeting this week and keep working on all the tasks that are happening in the background. I think it is easy to catch up on these via email but please let me know if there is any topic you would like to discuss with the whole team then we can certainly meet on Wed.
Ongoing tasks:
- ratification; Steve has generated the new list of terms and John has switched the status to "Process - prepare for executive review". I need to revise the supporting documents.
- Humboldt Task Group deliverable; Zach, Ani and Wesley are mapping subsets of their data with Humboldt extension so we can have at least 5 published examples. Please let us know if this is moving forward or if you need some help
- Humboldt documentation; GBIF, led by Kate, will take over the user guide and make it much fancier!
- Humboldt paper; Rob S volunteered to start writing the overview with the main ideas for the paper. Please let us know if this is moving forward or if you need some help.
Unless somebody would like to discuss something this Wed, we will meet on Wed 7th. Let me know what you think...
Best,
Yani
