I am in both groups, plus John has to be at the DwC meeting (meaning I have to stay with Nancy and try to attend on the side. Not sure if it's worth rescheduling our HC meeting for this week, I'd probably just cancel it (and invite everyone to join the DwC session!).

However, at least you and I should try to meet this week to coordinate our working session for 17 Nov.

Steve just told me that the Darwin Core Maintenance Group is meeting this Wednesday at the same time as our HC meetings.

Not sure how many people are involved in both meetings so I wanted to check with you if it was worth rescheduling our HC meeting or not.

The agenda for this Wed was:

- debrief on TDWG 2021

- invite new people to the group

- I wanted to invite Diana Bowler to share some of the results of a survey she did asking researcher what metadata they were missing

- discuss new ideas

- Summarize the terms revised and have some clarity regarding what is missing

- Plan for an IPT update with the new terms

Let me know if you will not be able to join and we can decide.
