I just looked over the slide deck - It’s excellent and will lead to a good discussion.
On the challenges of paired information, the new model work (gbif.org/new-data-model) should address it when done.
People IDs are in focus at this conference. Anticipate someone to ask if samplePerformedByID will be added.
See you soon

Hey Yani,
I have updated the slides with advantage and challenges of Humboldt extension I find from the Antarctic OBIS/GBIF dataset plus the examples, but I haven't been able to join the meeting much recently so please delete where appropriate 😄 I will be there virtually tomorrow! I will be able to take questions about the dataset since I went through the mapping process with you!
Thank you for presenting! Have a good night rest! You got this, Yani!! Don't worry!! ^^

Hi all! Hope everybody is well and healthy. I heard you had a great meeting this week, hopefully it was a useful discussion for the Field Museum folks!
TDWG 2022 is next week! There are still a couple of things that we should finish before the symposium:
* update the TG webpagehttps://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.tdwg.org%2Fcommunity%2Fosr%2Fhumboldt-core%2F&data=05%7C01%7Cymgan%40naturalsciences.be%7Ca914bfc4d33c4f1f460f08daae12d89e%7C4da8d35db472419c9e15665786aadbfb%7C1%7C0%7C638013694264438188%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=GiWJC6bgkwVmu0chocl3mS%2BJySH%2BnF9rKm55CfTGgdU%3D&reserved=0 to include our new members
* Review documentation/user guidehttps://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fdocument%2Fd%2F1ZglRfoQUGpsDm4t2M4B6Qif2IlbPvuBaRBeOi9x1IHk%2Fedit&data=05%7C01%7Cymgan%40naturalsciences.be%7Ca914bfc4d33c4f1f460f08daae12d89e%7C4da8d35db472419c9e15665786aadbfb%7C1%7C0%7C638013694264438188%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=DAvQpnKm9sl8jFf%2Faq4NG6icfix%2FbGaiNxWGBC1kpeo%3D&reserved=0 to share broadly * Finish the presentationhttps://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fpresentation%2Fd%2F1Eu09c_Uf4V-A46aLY7Ed0sv8ijlUbURi88wH_XM8vaE%2Fedit%23slide%3Did.p&data=05%7C01%7Cymgan%40naturalsciences.be%7Ca914bfc4d33c4f1f460f08daae12d89e%7C4da8d35db472419c9e15665786aadbfb%7C1%7C0%7C638013694264594456%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=dQBwwxV9HptDP%2BeRj5u4%2FONPP4jCUNxbpI6a9n6vGMA%3D&reserved=0 slides. In particular, the dataset examples and the key feedback gathered.
If you have any example dataset you would like to include, please add it to the slides. (Kate, I was thinking we could potentially include a screen shot of the MOL dataset that you loaded using HE). Also, there is a specific slide about issues/complications based on our discussions, I would really appreciate if you can help me with that one!
Thank you again and see you soon (online or in Sofia!)
Have a great conference!!
Yani
