It seems incorrect to me that doing "Reply to all" on this list doesn't actually reply to all (i.e., the list). The only way I see to actually "reply to all" is to remember to manually edit the To: line to put in tdwg-content.
Granted, inadvertent "replies to all" when just "reply" was intended can be annoying and even embarrassing. However, it does seem that if you explicitly "reply to all," you should do just that.

It does for me. Who is it replying to for you if not to all, or who of the sender + recipients is being left out if you hit reply all?

Thanks for your reply Hilmar (and Bob). It seems that this is a message-specific thing. Sometimes, messages I see on the list don't get replied to tdwg-content when I "Reply to all". I'm glad to know it's an isolated situation and not a list setting.
