The text seems ok, I had nothing really to add - I only put the definitions and links for PHP and SPICE in the Terms Definition part.

Here I send you the latest version of the report with serious editings and adapted for the txt2tags that we agree on use. I have produced the PDF and HTML and everything is in subversion.

Please edit as soon as possible as I plan to start circulating this now now!!
