[tdwg-content] official home of the "TDWG GUID Applicability Statement" ?

I found this: http://bioimages.vanderbilt.edu/pages/guid-applicability-final-2011-01.pdf but have not found the same document at tdwg.org. It is not in the list of documents on this page: http://www.tdwg.org/activities/guid/documents/ (Feature request... if possible add some kind of "date" column. to the GUID Documents and Reports table).
