[tdwg-content] Missing Synonymy document

Several TDWG related sites, lists, and mails have referenced a document houses at Yale illustrating zoological and botanical synonymy http://code.google.com/p/gbif-ecat/wiki/GNAsynonymsExample Anyone have a copy of this file? I've got a mail to the webmaster but just in case I thought I might ask here. Best, David
