Hi,

I found out last week that a meeting we had scheduled for the end of March has 

now been extended to include mon, tues and weds of the first week of 

April.  :-(

I am not sure whether I can get out of these days, and my boss is abroad for 

the next 2 weeks so I won't be able to discuss until he gets back.  It sounds 

like everybody else in the group is able to make these dates so it doesn't 

make sense for them to be changed on my behalf.  

I'll do my best to get out of these meetings but how would people feel if I 

could only fly out on the Monday or Tuesday?  I'd understand if you guys felt 

this unacceptable - in which case we may need to think about replacing 

me. :'(
