[tdwg-content] Term change: footprintSRS

Hi all,

I'd like to propose a change to the term footprintSRShttp://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/#footprintSRS[1] that would allow it to also be provided using the EPSG code as a controlled vocabulary (e.g. "EPSG:4326").
