Hi Javier
The TDWG Infrastructure Project Team has finally evaluated all the Round-2 proposals. As mentioned earlier, we had 28 proposals for a total of US$704,255 for a pot of ~US$250,000.
The Team would be happy to support your project: 'GeoInteroperability Testbed Pilot' but the dependency of this project on SDL and HP-OMS will be an issue because these project could not currently be funded.
The Team felt that the project was an excellent pilot that would help to establish relationships with OGC. Some additional funding may be made available to establish specifications and a workplan, and possibly to help fill the gaps left from the other projects.
Please discuss this with me when you have an opportunity.
