we would like to use the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions shape file provided in http://edit.csic.es/AdministrativeUnits.html for a project serving a commercial purpose. The people from edit.csic.cs guided me to you as the provider of this information. However, we could not find any license information about this shape file. Can we use it absolutely freely or are there any restrictions?
