[tdwg-content] Darwin Core RDF Guide published.

Dear all,

I would like to announce, with pleasure, the incorporation of the RDF Guide [1] into the body of the Darwin Core standard [2]. For this we have Steve Baskauf to thank especially among a cast of characters in the TDWG RDF Task Group [3].
