I have submitted two issues related to documentation of Darwin Core: http://code.google.com/p/darwincore/issues/detail?id=133 regarding XSLT transformation of the normative document http://code.google.com/p/darwincore/issues/detail?id=134 regarding clearly identifying which documents are the normative documents I think they could be handled administratively without invoking the full process described in the namespace policy if the DwC task group (i.e. John Wieczorek) thinks they are advisable.
