Hi all

The SPNHC 2025 program has been finalized and can be viewed from within the Oxford Abstracts conference platform (https://virtual.oxfordabstracts.com/#/event/74160/program - for registered attendees) through a web browser or the Oxford Abstracts app (search for Oxford Abstracts in the Apple or Google Store).  The app allows you to create a personalized conference program and chat and interact with other attendees and vendors.

We have also created a Google Sheets and PDF view of the program (attached) available on the conference website. Kansas Memorial Union room venues can be found on this map.

Additionally we have added information about our three exciting plenary speakers on the website: https://spnhc2025.ku.edu/plenary

A couple of reminders:

1. Registration closes firmly April 30.  Please register as soon as you are able so we can finalize numbers.  Reminder: If you are a presenter (in-person or virtual) you must register for the conference.

2. Field trips and workshops are filling up fast but there are still spots available in some.  Reminder: You can go back into your original registration and add these by logging in to your existing Oxford Abstracts account and selecting add-ons.  The same is true for the banquet or T-shirts.  Instructions here.

3. Deadline for accommodation reservations is April 24 (KU Housing - Stouffer Apartments), April 27 (SpringHill Suites, DoubleTree, and TownePlace), April 29 (Eldridge), and May 3 (Oread).  After these dates, rooms at preferential rates will be released into general circulation.  If you wish to room with other attendees in Stouffer Apartments, please fill out the Google Sheet.
