We do not have an identifier for domesticated species and there is no such property on the horizon either. GBIF is employing the Darwin Core terms (http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm ) and you would need to engage with TDWG if you want to submit recommendations. If you have a list of the species of interest, I can generate a custom download for you.
