TDWG 2004 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL BOOKING

TDWG Annual Meeting 2004

There have been a number of important updates in recent weeks to
information on the TDWG 2004 Meeting web site at:

In particular, the "Accommodation" page has information about time-limited
hotel reservations. Rooms are guaranteed at a discounted rate for bookings
made by 31 JULY 2004. After this, vacancies and discount rates cannot be
guaranteed. Booking at the Heritage Christchurch hotel can be done via our
Travel Consultants at BTI New Zealand, or direct with the hotel. See our
web site for details.

Please note that the Meeting Registration page is not yet operational but
don't let this stop you booking your hotel. The meeting dates and overall
broad schedule have now been fixed. If you have not yet "pre-Registered"
for the meeting, please do so as soon as possible using the links on the
web site. If you pre-Register, we will send you an e-mail notification when
the full Registration site is available.

Please take a look and pass the latest information on to interested
colleagues who may not receive this message.
